Order changes, cancellations, payment, and returns for Maison André orders.
Permitted up to 2 days before delivery/pick-up date. Order changes include but are not limited to: quantity changes, product changes, pick up/delivery location change, design or customization changes.
Permitted up to 2 days before delivery/pick-up date. Orders cancelled less than 2 days before delivery/pick-up date are fully due.
Orders are only released once paid in full. At Maison André's discretion, full payment might be required at time of order.
Food items cannot be returned or exchanged. Non-food items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery/pick-up.
